"Thank you for visiting my website. As your Certified Nutrition Specialist, (CNS), I welcome you to a new experience in restorative and preventive healthcare. My goal is to assist you in reaching and maintaining optimal health. Every nutrition consultation is different and tailored to each individual’s needs. Personal lifestyle is taken into consideration so that your nutrition plan will be realistic and doable even with busy schedules."

>> Typical Nutrition Consultation: What To Expect

"Nutritionists (which are different from dietitians) take into consideration the uniqueness of the individual and their needs for specific nutrients. Rather than using a food guide pyramid or blanket approach, we take into consideration the wide-ranging variability in lifestyle, lab results and family history. A therapeutic nutritional plan will then be developed specifically for you. You will learn where you are from a health standpoint, what you need to do to make necessary improvements, and then I will show you how to incorporate it.

Conditions that can be addressed: Preserve memory, reverse diabetes, reduce cardiovascular risk, lower cholesterol, improve immune system, weight loss, pain and inflammation, faster recovery from surgery, sports nutrition, improve digestive function such as irritable bowel, ulcer, reflux and heartburn. Oftentimes patients can get off of their medications or at least reduce the amount they have to take. Nutritionists can work with your doctor to help you achieve the most positive benefit from your healthcare goals."

Common Health Requests: What You Are Asking Me

"Nutrition recommendations and therapeutic application of supplementation can assist in protecting, reversing and regenerating the body towards optimal function. Giving the body what it needs can help avoid “dis – ease” or degeneration.

I look forward to assisting you in your journey to optimal health."

Sincerely,

Sue Ayersman
