About Susan:

Susan K. Ayersman, MS, CNS, CCN received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition from Arizona State

University. She advanced her career to obtain certification in clinical nutrition (CCN) through the

International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists (IAACN). This is a highly

specialized field of clinical nutrition that provides therapeutic intervention to assist the body in repair,

restoration and regeneration. She opened and maintained a private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona

counseling patients with a wide scope of conditions such as

cardiovascular disease, diabetes, irritable bowel, reflux, heart burn, constipation, arthritis, cancer, allergies, obesity, eating disorders, injury, inflammation and various other health issues.

Susan obtained an additional board certification in clinical nutrition through the American College of Nutrition (ACN). After extensive nutrition coursework and passing the national exam, she obtained title of CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist). This is a prestigious and nationally recognized certification, which is only available to doctors or master degreed individuals. She received her master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Throughout her career, Susan has been quoted in and provided numerous public appearances and interviews – most notably WebMD, Esquire, Smart Business News, London Times, New York Times, The Arizona Republic, and has also been a guest on the Sonoran Living show, and was a frequent guest on two health talk radio shows.

Susan has counseled thousands of clients to help reverse many chronic and degenerative diseases, and to restore and maintain optimal health. People love working with her positive and caring demeanor. She truly has a passion for her field and enjoys helping others achieve their health goals in a fun and doable fashion.
